ESP Weekly Meetings
ESP typically holds weekly meetings during term, and every other week or so during IAP and the summer. Meetings during the spring term 2008 are every week at 8:00pm Tuesday. Feel free to stop by and join us!
Who attends meetings?
Anyone who wants! ESP teachers, administrators, and alumni/ae are all welcome at our meetings, and there’s usually some of all three. We discuss current and upcoming ESP programs, recruit volunteers, elect officers, and otherwise talk about what ESP is doing. Free food is always provided!
Meeting minutes
At every meeting, our secretary or another ESP member takes minutes. If you would like to see minutes from any ESP meeting, please contact the ESP secretary.
