What to wear to class:

Comfortable exercise clothes, preferably with a snug fit, so that I can monitor your posture and you can see and monitor your movements. We stretch and you will need pants or a skirt that allows you to open your legs wide.

Something to wrap around your hips, a scarf or sash of any kind, to create awareness of your hips as we use them in the dance.

No shoes.
