SPLASH REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

Everything is slow! And I'm getting errors!

Come back in a bit! Lots and lots of people are trying to register, and everyone is having a hard time getting in. Come back in an hour or two, and things will probably be much better.

I'm getting an error that says I'm not a student

You're probably logged in with a "Guardian" account instead of a "Student" account. You should log out and create a new account, choosing "Student (up through 12th grade)" as the initial role. If you click the link from the error page to create a new account, it will automatically log you out because you can't create a new account while logged in.

There's a class I'm interested in taking that's not showing up.

Did you check that you're in the allowed grade range for the class? The registration interface automatically filters out classes which don't allow your grade.

I'm not sure if I successfully registered. I didn't get an email.

You don't get an email when you update your class preferences. You can see the preferences we have saved for you by going here. Scroll down to see the classes you're enrolled in.

I see classes more than once on my schedule!

Is it a multi-hour class? That is just our website saying that many of your classes are actually 2 or 3 hours long and therefore span multiple blocks.

How do I pay for Splash?

You can pay online via credit cards, or with check or cash when you arrive at Splash.

How do I buy lunch?

You can order lunch online here.

How can I register for a class offered after 7pm on Saturday? The block doesn't appear in my schedule.

The Saturday evening blocks are high school only, which is why they don't show up in your schedule if you are in middle school.

I didn't find my problem here!

Send an email to splash@mit.edu. Make sure to include a detailed description of what's happening and your username, and we'll work with you to fix it.

Please do not include your password! We don't need it, and email is not secure.
