Brief Biographical Sketch:
By day, I'm a production editor at Houghton Mifflin. On nights and weekends, I host Shakespeare readings and political discussions, grow sprouts, cook, and read books. In my spare time, I practice vermiculture and make paper-mache animals. I taught at a charter high school for a year and I care a lot about education. Even the gods have something to learn in Hinduism--and we have a lot to learn about the world through them, too.
Come take trips with me into the worlds of Hindu story, art, and thought. Here, the same god may be enountered as a helpless infant, a fun-loving youth, or the Lord of All Creation. Now, the universe is in one of its infinite rebirths, as are each of the people. Come see into a very old way of thinking--and bring something new back into your thought.
