• 1-246 - HSSP Office
• Lobby 13 - Morning check-in (first week only)
• Lobby 7 (77 Massachusetts Ave) - The main entrance to MIT, there will be directions from here to Lobby 13

You can also use http://whereis.mit.edu to find the locations of other buildings around MIT.

Medical Liability Forms:

Before coming to HSSP, you should complete this Medical Liability Form and bring it with you on the first day of the program.

Morning Check-in:

On the first day, this Saturday, you need to show up at 9:00AM to check-in. Morning check-in will take place in Lobby 13. At time you will turn in your completed Medical/Liability forms and receive your schedule. Your schedule will have the locations of your classes. After 11:30AM, check-in will move to the HSSP office, 1-246. If you only have an afternoon class or classes, please show up there to check in.

Payment:

If you haven't already paid for HSSP online (or received financial aid), please have cash or a check made out to "MIT ESP" in the amount of $40.

T-Shirts:

T-shirts will be sold in Lobby 13 during morning check-in. T-shirts will cost $10.

Lunch:

HSSP does not provide student lunch. There are various places to eat around MIT (at the student center, building W20, as well as at nearby restaurants). Alternatively, students are welcome to bring a bagged lunch.

Parking:

HSSP does not provide any parking arrangements, so you will have to make these on your own. MIT has some parking options which can be found at http://web.mit.edu/facilities/transportation/parking/index.html. There is also public parking available.

Attendance:

It is important that you try to attend all 8 weeks. Many of the courses will build upon previous material, and so missing a week will put you behind. You must show up on the first day of classes, if you cannot show up to the first day of classes you must email us or risk losing your spot. If you plan to miss a class, you should fill out the Class Absence Form.

Class Changes:

Please do not attend a class that you are not enrolled in.

If you want to switch classes, you should come to the HSSP office (1-246) after checking in at Lobby 13. Paper class catalogs will be available. If the class you want has an open spot, we will place you in the class.

If the class you want is currently full, you can fill out a form online to apply for a mid-week class change. The link to this form should be printed on your schedule. The deadline to fill out this form is Tuesday, February 21. These applications will be processed before the second week, and you will be placed into the class if a spot becomes available.
