Get your money back!

Thanks for teaching/administering for ESP! This page is designed to help you get your reimbursement check as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, comments, or problems, e-mail esp-treasurer@mit.edu, and we will do our best to help.

For Splash, Splash on Wheels, and HSSP classes, if you need to purchase extra supplies, you may budget up to $30; for larger purchases, clear it with that program’s administrators first. ESP cannot purchase these supplies for our teachers; you need to buy them yourself and then submit a reimbursement form as described below.

To be reimbursed for money you have spent on ESP, please download the Student Life Programs Voucher and fill out the sections below.

• “Full Group Name” (Educational Studies Program)
• “Date Submitted” (today’s date)
• “Request” (circle “check”)
• “Payable To” (your name)
• “Amount (US$)” (you may submit more than one receipt using the same form)
• “Expense Description” (if the reimbursement is for a class, please include the program, class name, and class code in the description, e.g. Splash: Analyzing Harry Z030-S12P, as well as what you spent the money on)
• “Email” only (if you would like to pick up your check from SLP at W20-549)
• “Email” AND “Mail To” (if you would like your check mailed to you; you will receive an e-mail notification when the check is sent)

Please note: Reimbursement requests require an itemized receipt for processing. This is so that Student Life Programs can guarantee that no alcohol was purchased using student group funding. Please staple your receipt(s) to the form.

Once you have completed the form and attached the receipts, submit both to the Treasurer in one of the following ways:

• Give it to the Treasurer (e-mail to schedule an appointment)
• Bring it to the office or a meeting and hand it to a person
