Students will learn the basics to each three sports of a triathlon. They will learn how to create a training schedule suitable for their goals. We will explore basic training principles and how to best use your strengths and weaknesses to optimize performance. Injury prevention and stretching routines will also be included. Bring clothes you can stretch in!
