Brief Biographical Sketch:

I am a senior at Boston University studying Ancient Greek and Latin. I love languages- I grew up bilingually in Japanese and English, and I started Ancient Greek in high school. I've picked up four years of Latin in college, and I've got some French. Taking my first linguistics class this semester has really opened up my mind.
My extracurriculars include being a sabre captain on the BU Fencing Club and a brown belt in Tae Kwon Do. I have been playing soccer ever since I can remember. I enjoy drawing in my spare time (http://dygo.deviantart.com). I'm also an editor for the BU journal of translation Pusteblume.
Otherwise I fall in love with cities- Boston, San Francisco, Tokyo.
