What can you do if you witness a cardiac arrest? CPR Blitz is a free 40-min class that will give you comfort and proficiency with hands-only CPR. This class will not give you an AHA CPR card, but it follows the AHA recommendations and will teach you the techniques of hands-only CPR and give you time to practice on a CPR mannequin with help from instructors from MIT's student-run ambulance service.
