Brief Biographical Sketch:

Kevin is currently a sophomore attending Harvard University, where he first learned about molecular gastronomy and food science. Although he loves tasty food, he is pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Computer Science and Economics.

He has experience teaching contest mathematics at the Idea Math summer program and as a teaching assistant for the Art of Problem Solving.

In his free time, Kevin is also an avid violinist, and has toured Europe and South America, and has performed under the direction of famous conductor Gustavo Dudamel and in a small ensemble with legendary cellist Yo-Yo Ma.

Foods that Kevin enjoys include crepes, steak, pomelos, mochi ice cream, and flan. Kevin does not like bitter melon at all. Please do not bring bitter melon to class. It tastes horrible.
