I am an AeroAstro Student studying system safety but have been studying food and chocolate on the side for years (including obtaining a minor in Food Systems and Nutrition from Tufts University).

E15826: Why Things Go Wrong in Splash 2023 (Nov. 18 - 19, 2023)
Learn the tools that system safety engineers use to investigate and understand accidents. This 2-hour course will teach you all you need to know to understand common causes of accidents and what you can do to prevent them. You will learn to apply these tools to real world accidents in addition to everyday situations.


X15349: Brief History and Science of Chocolate in Splash 2022 (Nov. 19 - 20, 2022)
Join us as we learn all about how chocolate is made! We will go over the history of chocolate and how it is made today. We will also have an opportunity to taste and compare different chocolates to help learn the differences between manufacturing techniques.
