With Slinkies, ping pong balls, water, and chalkboards we will explore two different ways of thinking about light, with examples including the two-slit paradox and solar sails.


X2727: Tofu in Splash! 2009 (Nov. 21 - 22, 2009)
What is tofu? Where does it come from? Why should I eat it? How should I eat it? Have all of your lifelong questions on tofu answered! Get over your phobia of this mysteriously jiggly substance! You too can learn to appreciate and enjoy tofu like all of the cool kids.


A2079: Basic Knitting! in Spark! Spring 2009 (Mar. 07, 2009)
You will learn to knit, purl and much more! We will make a small project too :). This class is for all levels of knitters!


H1770: Learn How to Knit / Make a Camera Case, Etc. in Splash! 2008 (Nov. 22 - 23, 2008)
Knitting is fun and exciting! You will learn how to make a stretchy, fuzzy case for your camera, iPod, phone, or whatever small object you want to avoid getting scratched. A headband is another option. Any knitting skill level is welcome - I can help you with more advanced skills if there is time - but this class is geared towards beginners.
