Brief Biographical Sketch:

The last time she taught a real ESP class, Yuri was an MIT freshman originally from New York City who, after weeks of general resistance, had finally been convinced to teach (if only a little bit) for Splash. She enjoys and dabbles in many things, which include (but are not limited to) math, music, playing with ties, playing with paper, skiing, and staying awake for unreasonable amounts of time; she's also a member of ESG (Experimental Study Group) and the MIT/Wellesley Toons, a cross-campus a cappella group. Despite being surrounded by course 6 (electrical engineering and computer science) majors, she (in true freshman fashion) is still completely undecided on what her own major will be. She's also having fun writing this bio about herself in the third person.

If you're looking for Yuri, don't look up, as you won't find her there (unless there's a nice pipe or pole to be hanging from on the ceiling. She'd like that). Maybe some day there'll be a picture here to make that task a little easier.

Yuri has now graduated from MIT and hasn't taught for ESP since fall 2007. Feel free to disregard all of the test classes that have happened since and appear to be listed.
