Brief Biographical Sketch:
I studied pharmacy at the Heidelberg University in Germany. Afterwards I was research assistant in a synthetic biology group and worked in a community pharmacy in Heidelberg. Later, I received my license as a pharmacist in Germany and enrolled on a new qualiffication MSc Program at the Saarland University. My MSc thesis I am doing at MIT as a visiting student in the area of drug delivery. Druing my university time I was giving classes in medical physiology on the heart topics and after graduation I initiated a lecture: The Basics of Mechanophysiology of the cardiovascular system for non-medical undergrad students. Over the last 2 years I was leading a group of highschool students through the mysteries of pharmacy and its various subdisciplines.
