Brief Biographical Sketch:
Bringing the lessons of education design to game design and vice-versa, Nico has taught and designed dynamic, fun, deeply engaging activities in many topics, including negotiation, economics, sociology, and international relations. He has designed successful custom scenarios for Model UN simulations, and brings the same energy there that he does to running summer camps. He strongly believes that the key to good education is to have learning emerge from putting students in positions of agency, decision-making, and power within these simulated environments, so that they can see the causes and effects of their actions upon the world and imagine the possible futures.
