Brief Biographical Sketch:
Hi! My name is Kelsey, and I am a sophomore studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT with a minor in Public Policy. I also love to sing, and I care a lot about voting. At Splash, I'm hoping to have a really fun time being a little silly and maybe even learn something as I prepare to teach! Why doesn't popular policy become reality? Does voting matter in a country of 300 million people? Why are people in the US generally ill-informed and how can we solve that problem? What effect does that have on our political system? What do politicians care about and what makes them change their minds? Come learn about this stuff and discuss it with your peers. We may not get to all of this in an hour, but we'll learn a lot and hopefully have a good discussion!

Learn about the science behind Jenga and gain skills in playing the game. Learn how the game works and why it does what it does from a physics perspective. Then, learn how to most effectively remove the blocks and become a Jenga master! Most of the class will be playing Jenga.
