Brief Biographical Sketch:

I'm studying for my PhD in philosophy at MIT. I mostly think about normative ethics (what is it that makes such-and-such the right/wrong thing to do?) and metaethics (what do we mean when we say that such-and-such is the right thing to do?).

I did my BA and MPhil (both in philosophy) at King's College London.

Is testing on non-human animals moral? Should we use animal products? Do non-human animals have rights? What does it mean to be an animal? In this course, we'll address some tough and important questions about non-human animals and our moral relationships with them.
