Brief Biographical Sketch:

As a Coloradan born and raised, I enjoy the outdoors and being active. Colorado is a very naturey state, and along with California is one of the best for lonboarding, not to mention the best for snowboarding. But I digress. I am an avid longboarder pumped to pass on the tricks of the trade, and I enjoy instilling a new found passion for boarding in anyone I meet. That's where you come in! Boston needs more longboarders! Period. There are too many bikers, and although I respect everyone's personal preference, there is a brand new longboarding club at MIT which would love to extend its glory to anyone who can relate to the sense of freedom had on a longboard.
Partly brought on by my love for longboarding, I am interested in studying Mechanical Engineering and exploring a career in transportation. However, I have a mean service streak in me and, as a result, I plan to work with MIT to make a positive impact on the world in any way I can. I often do this through community service and sharing my faith with others.
I am a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity (DELTS! RAHHH!!!), and a rower for MIT's Division I lightweight crew team! I play jazzy trumpet from the soul and enjoy having an all around good time any day of the week. I look forward to meeting anyone who wants to know how to have fun in a city as action-packed and opportunistic as Boston!
