Brief Biographical Sketch:

Howdy! My name is Tim. I hail from the far-away desert oasis of Las Vegas, and am currently studying computational neuroscience and philosophy at MIT.

After a semester or two here at the 'tute, I have awakened a passion not only to understand the human mind and the neural correlates of consciousness, but also to make others smile through the infinite joy of song and dance—and preferably as participants, not just spectators! I am a firm believer that anyone can reap the great benefits of dance—so pop a whip, do a dab, and show the world what you've got!

Ever wanted to pop the fattest whip before executing the most perfect nay-nay? Ever break into the Fortnite when your friends aren't—or maybe are!—looking? Do you simply dab way too often? No matter who you are, join us and learn the basics of hip-hop dance! After some brief historical context, we will learn a small set of beginner-level, choreographed dances over six weeks. It's gonna be high energy, so GET HYPE! Activewear is recommended; having fun is required :~)
