S14871: Hunger or Satiety, what determines it? in Splash 2021 (Nov. 20 - 21, 2021)
Why do you feel hungry when you haven't eaten anything but feel satiated right after a meal? Why do you sometimes crave a particular type of food? When one is sick, why does the appetite suffer too? What determines the size of a meal and why does everyone eat different amount? If food only represents calories, does that mean eating anything, healthy or unhealthy, contributes the same to your body? Are you curious about these questions? If yes, don't hesitate to join me in this class! I would love to show and discuss with you what determines your appetite.
