Brief Biographical Sketch:

Janet Hope Sherman, MD, MA received her BA in Biology, BA, and MA in Biochemistry at Brandeis University, and her MD at University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed her Internal Medicine Internship through Tufts, Newton Wellesley Hospital, Radiology Residency at Harvard Medical School, New England Deaconess Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident and completed a fellowship at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Her MRI Fellowship was at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Hospital. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. She is enthusiastic to support students' educational goals and was nominated for an Exceptional Teaching Award. Dr. Sherman is excited about MRI, MRA and MRV and very low field portable MRI innovations including dark blood MRA.
