Brief Biographical Sketch:
Eli graduated MIT in 2011 after studying Computer Science and Neurobiology. Parkour is the art of going over or around obstacles, similar to an obstacle course. The course focuses on developing the fundamental attributes required for movement, which include balance, strength, dynamism, endurance, precision, spatial awareness and creative vision. It is a way of training one’s body and mind in order to be as completely functional, effective and liberated as possible in the physical realm, and a way of thinking based on rigorous self-discipline, autonomous action and self-will.

Knowledge is power, but how do we learn about something that hasn't happened yet? In ZDI.003, we discuss techniques for building sophisticated computer models that let us predict the outcomes of a hypothetical disaster scenario. Experience with computer programming is not required, but may be helpful in understanding examples.

A continuation of ZDI.001, ZDI.002 will delve more deeply into the possible causes of a 'Zombie Plague,' how to identify which is going on in an emergency situation, and how to use that knowledge to your advantage.
