A4212: How to make plush sushi in Splash! 2010 (Nov. 20 - 21, 2010)
Nothing edible, just the kind of sushi you normally sleep on.

A3321: Chinese Knots in Spark! 2010 (Mar. 13, 2010)
Tie some pretty looking knots, far superior to useful knots.* *Not for use on shoes, while rock climbing, and the like

A2844: Chinese Knots in Splash! 2009 (Nov. 21 - 22, 2009)
Chinese knots are made in China. China is a country. There is air in China. There are knots in China. Let us define a knot to be an image of S1 under a continuous map into R3. Because physics is important to the Chinese, our primary concern will be on knots without self-intersections. This class has nothing to do with math.
