This course will introduce polymerase chain reaction technique to make millions or billion copies of DNA from a very tiny amount of DNA in the science laboratory. You might be wondering why do we need to make many copies of DNA. The reason we need more DNA is that the DNA samples we get in the laboratory for testing is not enough.
