Brief Biographical Sketch:
Katy loves elections. So much so that she's worked on a campaign in Missouri, monitored a parliamentary race in Afghanistan, trained political bloggers from across the Middle East, and has basically committed her life to making voting easier (see, turbovote.org). Katy also loves food. So much so that she's studied couscous-steaming techniques in Morocco, tarte-baking in Provence, and can even say soccarat with something approximating catalan flair.
