Brief Biographical Sketch:
I live in Orlando, FL and look forward to teaching you about women's health. I believe that an understanding of women’s health is practical in every person’s life. In my free time, I love to read and play with my cat, Misty. Women's Health encompasses a huge number of topics, and I truly believe that you will be able to learn something new, regardless of your background. The course covers anatomy, physiology, puberty, ovulation, periods, fertility, sexuality, contraceptives, STIs, abortion, menopause, cancer prevention, relationship violence, doctor/patient trust, and more. By the end of the course, you will have a nuanced understanding of women's health at all stages of life and feel empowered to take charge of your own healthcare. I also promise to make it fun!
